Redeye updates its estimates on the back of I-Tech’s regulatory challenges during its re-registration process in the EU. In essence, we believe the stock market has overreacted as the near-term financial effects are very limited. Anyhow, we pay respect to potential negative spillover effects to the Asian market in the medium to long term by lowering the growth curve, leading to a reduced valuation range.
