Eyeonid Group and HELP have a common customer in Norway, and for some time, the parties have conducted a dialogue on what common opportunities exist in other market segments leading to this agreement being signed. The cooperation agreement is based on being able to offer a joint offer to customers in Norway. Mainly, this agreement is aimed at the Norwegian market, however, other markets will not be excluded if cooperation is successful. HELP Forsikring AS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German ARAG Group, which is represented in 17 countries.
