Boreo continued its acquisitions by announcing today that it has acquired Finnish industrial manufacturing services company J-Matic focused on box-build assemblies. The acquired company generated EUR 2.3m sales in 2021 (some 2% of Boreo's continued operations sales in 2021). J-Matic has shown strong sales growth with improving EBITDA margins 2019-2021, which can support Boreo's profitability development going forward.
