We have released an updated version of our investment case one-pager on MapsPeople following the company's announcement of an offering of new shares with preemptive rights for existing shareholders. The offer of DKK 34.2m has been partly secured through irrevocable subscription undertakings from existing shareholders and guarantee commitments from certain investors to subscribe for approx. 75.3% of the total offer. As a result, MapsPeople will receive at least approx. DKK 25.8m (gross proceeds). The rights issue is carried out to strengthen MapsPeople’s capital structure and finance operations through 2024 until profitability, as well as to finance the transformation from Framework Orderbook to high ARR growth in 2023. The subscription price is DKK 2.80 per 1 new share. The subscription period for new shares commences on 8 June 2023 at 09:00 and runs until 21 June 2023 at 17:00. The one-pager provides an overview of MapsPeople’s business, financials, and guidance for 2023, as well as insights into key investment reasons and risks. There are also perspectives on key SaaS metrics and valuation perspectives across selected Danish SaaS companies.
