WYALUSING, Pa. , May 23, 2024 /PRNewswire/ -- Peoples Ltd. (OTC: PPLL) Anthony J. Gabello , President and Chief Executive Officer of Peoples Ltd., has announced that the Board of Directors has declared a second quarter cash dividend in the amount of $0.62 per share payable on June 28, 2024 . The cash dividend represents an 8.98% increase over the cash dividend paid in the second quarter 2023.

The declaration of dividend, made at the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on May 22, 2024 , is payable to shareholders of record June 10 , 2024.
