Abelco Investment Group AB (“Abelco” or the “Company”) announces that the required registrations resulting from the resolutions adopted at the Annual General Meeting have now been completed with the Swedish Companies Registration Office.

The Swedish Companies Registration Office has, among other things, registered the new Articles of Association, including amended limits for the share capital and number of shares, as well as the reduction of the share capital from approximately SEK 35.1 million to SEK 4.0 million. The Annual General Meeting’s authorisations regarding new share issues and the issuance of warrants and convertible instruments until the 2027 Annual General Meeting have also been registered.

The registrations mean that the resolved changes to the Company’s capital structure have now been implemented.
