DecideAct's board appoints Crowe as candidate for new auditor; 2024 annual report due July 12

Company Announcement No. 7-2025:
DecideAct announces that Crowe Statsautoriserede revisorer is proposed to serve as the company's new auditor for the 2024 annual report and going forward. The board will propose Crowe's appointment at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting.
Crowe is a member of Crowe Global, one of the world's six largest audit firms.
DecideAct's 2024 annual report is scheduled for publication on July 12, 2025. To make sure that the report can be finished on time Crowe will start the audit process immediately.
