Eezy Oyj sells the business operations of Farenta Oy, which specializes in the staffing of pharmacists, to Apteam Oy
Eezy sells its pharmacist and pharmacy technician staffing operations to Apteam Oy. With the sale, Eezy focuses its resources on its core business in line with its strategy.
The acquisition supports Apteam’s core business and strengthens the company’s market position.
All Farenta employees will transfer to Apteam as existing employees. Customer contracts and services will also continue without interruption.
“The sale of the Farenta business unit is one step in the determined implementation of our strategy. We are focusing on our core business of staffing and recruitment services and related business operations. I believe that with Apteam, Farenta and its employees will have the best possible future. I would like to thank all employees and customers for the past years and wish them continued success,” says Johan Westermarck, CEO of Eezy Oyj.
“We warmly welcome the Farenta team to the Apteam Group. We couldn’t be happier to be moving forward together from here. Our slogan, ‘Pioneer,’ also takes on a deeper meaning,” says Mikko Veräjänkorva, CEO of Apteam.
