Fagerhult Group implements changes to strengthen long-term profitability in line with the Group’s strategic review

Idag, 17:35

In early July, Fagerhult Group presented its strategic review, built around three clear priorities. The review focuses on reducing operating costs while strengthening core businesses in Europe, maintaining innovation leadership and increasing momentum in high-growth segments, and operating more cohesively as a performance-driven Group through targeted investments and customer-focused decision-making.

Against this background, Fagerhult Group is implementing changes to secure the long-term profitability of LTS within the Premium business area.

Germany is a strategically important market for both LTS in Tettnang and Fagerhult in Habo. To increase efficiency, the sales organisations of the two brands will be brought together within a common structure in the German market, while preserving the identity and market position of each brand. The product portfolio will be optimized, and production activities will be consolidated into existing manufacturing facilities within the Group in Sweden and China.

Throughout the transition, the highest priority will be to support employees and ensure smooth operations while maintaining continuity and service levels for customers and partners. Implementation and involvement of local employee representatives are underway.

Implementation is underway, and the financial benefits are expected to materialise gradually over the next six to twelve months.
