Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting on 30 April 2026, where the company was authorized to extend the Company's restricted stock unit ("RSU") program.

The program is split in two:

• RSU 1: Started in 2022, and which entitles Leading Employees to Matching shares with a three-year vesting period following an initial investment in Restricted Shares.
• RSU 2: An annual RSU allocation program for those employees that have rolled off RSU 1. The RSU 2 program entitles select Leading Employees to receive RSUs with a three-year vesting period. Eligibility depends on retaining Restricted Shares acquired under RSU 1 and continued employment by the company. Participants who divest any RSU 1 Restricted Shares will no longer qualify for future RSU 2 allocations.

Today, 24 June 2026, the Board of Directors granted 128,500 RSUs to Leading Employees of the Company. Of the 128,500 RSUs, the primary insiders were granted the following:

• Margrethe Hauge, Chief Executive Officer, has received 22,700 RSUs. Following this, Mrs. Hauge controls 370,343 shares in the Company's share capital and holds 47,700 RSUs.
• Magne Reierson, Chief Operating Officer, has received 15,200 RSUs. Following this, Mr. Reierson controls 67,713 shares in the Company's share capital and holds 31,900 RSUs.
• Erling Gresvoll Olsen, Chief Service Officer, has received 15,200 RSUs. Following this, Mr. Olsen controls 166,715 shares in the Company's share capital and holds 31,900 RSUs.
• Stefano Bardellotto, Chief Business Development Officer, has received 15,200 RSUs. Following this, Mr. Bardellotto controls 159,903 shares in the Company's share capital and holds 15,200 RSUs.
• Johan Håkansson, Director Business Development Sweden, has received 15,200 RSUs. Following this, Mr. Håkansson controls 49,518 shares in the Company's share capital and holds 49,682 RSUs.

The remaining employees have received 45,000 RSUs in aggregate.

Following this settlement and grant of new RSUs, the Company will have a total of 453,739 outstanding RSUs. Subject to fulfilling the vesting conditions, each RSU entitles the holder to one share in the Company.
