– Orderingången fortsätter att utvecklas starkt och vi bedömer att Inission har etablerat en ny, högre omsättningstakt på omkring 210–220 MSEK per månad. Under kvartalet ökade nettoomsättningen organiskt med 7,4 procent och EBITA-marginalen förbättrades till 6,4 procent. Båda våra affärsområden utvecklas väl. Extra glädjande är att vårt senaste förvärv, Selteka, presterar över förväntan och att Inission Power för tredje kvartalet i rad levererar ett positivt och förbättrat resultat, drivet av ökad orderingång, säger Fredrik Berghel, CEO, Inission AB.

Q2 2026 jämfört med Q2 2025:
- Orderingången för det andra kvartalet ökade till 719,3 MSEK (516,9)
- Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 634,6 MSEK (534,5)
- EBITA uppgick till 40,9 MSEK (24,1)
- Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 40,0 MSEK (23,2)
- Kassaflödet från löpande verksamhet uppgick till -4,8 MSEK (39,6)
- Resultat per aktie före utspädning uppgick till 1,3 SEK (0,6)
- Resultat per aktie efter utspädning uppgick till 1,3 SEK (0,6)
H1 2026 jämfört med H1 2025:
- Orderingången ökade till 1 429,1 MSEK (1 123,8)
- Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 1 299,0 MSEK (1 018,1)
- EBITA uppgick till 87,5 MSEK (44,0)
- Rörelseresultatet (EBIT) uppgick till 85,8 MSEK (42,3).
- Kassaflödet från löpande verksamhet uppgick till 38,8 MSEK (73,8).
- Resultat per aktie före utspädning uppgick till 2,8 SEK (0,7)
- Resultat per aktie efter utspädning uppgick till 2,8 SEK (0,7)

Inission AB (publ) has today published its interim report for the period 1 April–30 June 2026. The full report is available on the company’s website www.inissiongroup.com.
”Order intake continues to develop strongly, and we believe that Inission has established a new, higher revenue run rate of approximately 210–220 MSEK per month. During the quarter, net sales increased organically by 7.4 percent and the EBITA margin improved to 6.4 percent. Both of our business areas are developing well. It is particularly encouraging that our latest acquisition, Selteka, is performing above expectations and that Inission Power has delivered a positive and improved result for the third consecutive quarter, driven by increased order intake”, says Fredrik Berghel, CEO, Inission AB.
