Magnora ASA ("Magnora") has today completed the sale of its remaining 4,025,621 shares in Hermana Holding ASA (“Hermana”), representing approximately 30% of the outstanding shares in Hermana at a fixed price of NOK 10 per share (the "Transaction").
The Transaction was facilitated through a bookbuilding process directed at Magnora’s shareholders as shown in the VPS register at 08:00 on 16 June 2025. The offering was oversubscribed and allocations were made in accordance with the allocation principles outlined in the launch announcement dated 16 June 2025.
Following the Transaction, Magnora no longer holds any shares in Hermana Holding ASA.
SEB acted as sole bookrunner in connection with the Transaction.
