Cynca Nordic AB (publ) announced on 10 June 2026 that it had entered into a share purchase agreement for the sale of its shares in Flowa Technology AB to Nordic Capital. Completion of the transaction was subject to the receipt of approvals from the relevant authorities and the fulfilment of certain other customary closing conditions.

Following receipt of the required approvals and fulfilment of all remaining conditions, the transaction has been completed today.
