Hoist Finance has successfully issued SEK 300m Tier 2 capital

Hoist Finance AB (publ) (Baa1/stable outlook) has successfully issued SEK 300 million Subordinated Tier 2 capital to further optimise its capital structure and support credit rating metrics.
The new Tier 2 offering was met with strong investor demand and the transaction was twice oversubscribed. The floating rate coupon was set at STIBOR 3 months + 225 bps. The instrument has a 10.25 year maturity with the first call date falling on 8 September 2031. The bonds are expected to be rated Ba1 by Moody's Ratings.
The instrument will be listed on Euronext Dublin and was issued under Hoist Finance’s EMTN programme, which is available on the company’s website: https://www.hoistfinance.com/globalassets/emtn-programme-2026.pdf.
