Following the registrations communicated earlier this week, Abelco Investment Group AB (“Abelco” or the “Company”) is now moving forward with the next phase of its strategic business development.

The measures implemented have adjusted the Company’s capital structure and quota value per share and created increased financial flexibility for the Company’s continued development, future financing and investment activities. At the same time, the Company is evaluating new opportunities, including AI-related investments.

The Company is now moving forward with its work and continuing the process in a clearly defined sequence. Following the adjustment of the capital structure, the Board of Directors and the Company’s advisers therefore have greater flexibility in their work relating to the Company’s strategic business development and associated financing options. Information regarding the ongoing process will be disclosed as relevant decisions are made and in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements.
