The bonds carry maturities of three, six, nine, 12, 18, and 25 years, with spreads priced at the middle point of the initially discussed ranges. The offering was also upsized multiple times during the bookbuilding process, the source added.
The US e-commerce platform giant did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
