05:26 AM EDT, 04/30/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Nvidia (NVDA) B300 server prices have increased to $1 million in the Chinese market due to ongoing US export constraints, Reuters reported Thursday, citing multiple sources.

The equivalent hardware configuration containing eight graphics processing units currently costs approximately $550,000 domestically, which is also higher by $50,000 compared to before, the news outlet quoted two sources as saying.

Regional equipment shortages intensified after federal authorities initiated legal proceedings against a co-founder of partner firm Supermicro (SMCI) in March, the report said.

The processing unit has 288 gigabytes of specialized memory and provides substantial computational capacity for artificial intelligence operations, Reuters reported.

Nvidia did not immediately respond to MT Newswires'request for comment.
