Resideo Technologies Files Registration Statement for Planned ADI Spin-Off

06:50 AM EDT, 05/11/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Resideo Technologies (REZI) has filed a Form 10 registration statement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission for the planned spin-off of its ADI Global Distribution business, the company said Monday.
The spin-off is expected to be completed between mid-Q3 and mid-Q4, it said.
On a carveout basis, ADI generated about $4.8 billion in revenue in fiscal 2025, Resideo Technologies said.
The company also named Robert Aarnes as chief executive officer and Michael Carlet as chief financial officer of the ADI spin-off.
