Telatek Service Oy, a specialist in industrial maintenance, acquires the entire share capital of Alu-Releco Oy

Telatek Service Oy, part of Auroora Yhtiöt Oyj, has acquired 100% of the shares in Alu-Releco Oy. The goal of the acquisition is to strengthen Telatek’s expertise in coating technologies and to further expand its specialized maintenance service offering. The combined turnover of the two companies in 2024 was EUR 21 million. Alu-Releco’s management, personnel, and brand will remain unchanged following the acquisition.

Telatek’s expertise in specialized surface treatments is enhanced through the acquisition

Founded in 1992, Alu-Releco Oy is a surface treatment specialist focusing on Teflon® and other fluoropolymer coatings. The company serves a wide range of industrial sectors and is known for its high-quality technical expertise. Together, Telatek and Alu-Releco aim to grow by developing joint product and service concepts, enhancing production resources, and leveraging shared sales channels.
