Oslo, 9 November 2021: Reference is made to Mercell Holding ASA's (the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 27 September 2021 regarding the result of the offer under the Employment Share Ownership Program and share capital increase.

Following payment of the 540,612 new shares subscribed in the Employment Share Ownership Program, the related share capital increase of NOK 108,122.40 has today, on 9 November 2021, been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises (Nw. Foretaksregisteret). The new registered share capital of the Company is NOK 100,532,771 divided into 502,663,855 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20. The new shares are expected to be registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS) later today and will upon such registration be listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.
