Amplio has entered into an agreement to partner with SR Intelligence AB ("SRI") to develop and support the company in its next growth phase. Amplio will acquire a majority shareholding while the operating founder and co-owners will retain a significant shareholding and remain in their respective management roles.

SRI, based in Stockholm with c. 35 skilled employees, is a leading and digitally enabled provider of mission-critical personnel security solutions in Sweden, helping customers to navigate the pre-and post-hire market complexities of regulatory compliance and security requirements. The company provides background checks, security consultancy, data storage and value-adding ancillary services to a broad range of customers, leveraging its own developed digital portal and data storage platform that serve as the core of its offering. Since its founding in 2017, SRI has experienced significant growth and achieved a revenue CAGR of 30% in the last three years on the back of strong demand for its services and excellent customer relationships.
