The EGM adopted the Board of Directors' proposal to replace them by electing Vanessa Tisci, Joakim Wahlquist, Martin Momo Semelis, Jonathan Eriksson, Willian Cheyne and to elect Vanessa Tisci as Chairperson of the Board of Directors, as follows:
