General Mills partners with Ja’Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson and Amon-Ra St. Brown for the second year of Cereal Training Camp, bringing energy from the end zone to the breakfast aisle.
This electrifying trio is known for lighting up the end zone with their signature touchdown celebrations — and now, they’re bringing that same flair to the breakfast aisle with “tastes like a touchdown” flavors. Like last year, Cereal Training Camp includes a new, limited-edition custom cereal, this time created by Jefferson. Named the Jettas Mix, it’s a fruity fusion created by Jefferson himself, combining fan-favorite Frosted Lemon Cheerios and the recently released Cinnamon Toast Crunch Strawberry.
“Cinnamon Toast Crunch was always my go-to cereal growing up, and after dropping my own Griddy box with the brand a few years ago, this really feels like a full-circle moment,” said Jefferson. “I can’t wait for everyone to try my custom Jettas Mix. It's a winning combo of that fresh, lemony vibe and the sweet hit of strawberry Cinnadust for a flavor you won’t want to fumble.”
In addition to the Jettas Mix, Cereal Training Camp delivers these football phenoms front-and-center on their own limited-edition boxes of beloved General Mills cereals, arriving on shelves beginning in August. “Our fleet-footed wide receiver partners — with their love of cereal, big personalities and signature end-zone dances — bring heart, hustle and humor so cereal and football fans everywhere start their day with a win,” said Mindy Murray, brand experience director for General Mills’ Morning Foods.
Each iconic box showcases a different player sporting a custom cereal jersey on the front, with the back panel capturing their iconic moves in action. The full lineup includes:
“Growing up, I never would have thought I’d be on a cereal box, and I had a blast recreating my headstand for Honey Nut Cheerios — the OG cereal for me,” Amon-Ra St. Brown said.
“Cereal always takes me back to my childhood, and Lucky Charms was one of my all-time favorites,” Ja’Marr Chase said. “The marshmallow charms were always the best part — well, maybe second best now that my ‘Lucky Strut’ is on the back of the box.”
Football fans and cereal lovers can find the four limited-edition boxes, as well as the Jettas Mix, at retailers nationwide beginning in August for $3.50 and get their hands on the Walmart.com exclusive REESE’S PUFFS cereal drop on September 4.
"REESE'S and REESE'S PUFFS trademarks and trade dress and the REESE'S Orange Color and Crown Design are used under license."
