Reference is made to the stock exchange announcements issued by IDEX Biometrics ASA' on 29 April 2026 of a private placement of 9,696,969 new shares (the "April 2026 Private Placement Shares"), and on 29 May 2026 of a private placement of 2,500,000 new shares (the "May 2026 Private Placement Shares").

The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has today (15 June 2026) approved the prospectus prepared by the Company in connection with listing of the April 2026 Private Placement Shares and the May 2026 Private Placement Shares. The prospectus is available on the Company's website: www.idexbiometrics.com/investors/

By reason of the approval and publication of the prospectus, the April 2026 Private Placement Shares and the May 2026 Private Placement Shares, will be transferred to the Company's ordinary ISIN and be admitted to trading on Euronext Oslo Børs.
