New-builds and modernisation for an office district in Munich | New office building in Brandenburg | Additional housing, industrial, sports facility and school construction projects | Contracts worth more than EUR 200 million to Implenia

Glattpark (Opfikon), 1 September 2025 – Implenia has won several new building construction contracts in Germany with a total value of more than EUR 200 million. The projects match the Group’s strategic focus on large and demanding real estate projects that require extensive expertise and many years of experience.

New-builds and modernisation: HEAVEN office district, Munich
With a mix of new-builds and modernisation, Rock Capital Group is transforming a one-hectare, former commercial site on Nymphenburger Strasse in the Munich borough of Neuhausen into a high-quality office district. This will offer around 28,000 m² of office space in an excellent location in the centre of Munich. Following successful completion of the pre-construction phase, Rock Capital Group has commissioned Implenia to execute the project as general contractor. As well as replacing sections with new buildings, historic parts of the existing buildings will be comprehensively modernised to meet high standards of energy efficiency, architectural merit and conservation. Extra floors are being added to one building, while another has a listed facade. The site development project is aiming for LEED certification (Core&Shell Platinum). Construction is due to start before the end of 2025. The buildings will be ready for operation in stages from 2027.

Additional office, housing, industrial, sports facility and school construction projects
Implenia, as technical lead in a joint venture with GP Papenburg, is building a new turnkey office building in Brandenburg, which is designed to provide employees with a modern and sustainable working environment. The Group has also been commissioned with the turnkey construction of a large comprehensive school catering for six school years in the Ruhr region. Implenia is also building a turnkey six-field sports hall and associated buildings in Frankfurt am Main. This is being used from the new school year by two grammar schools that have moved into the adjacent “Lateral Towers” (the former headquarters of the Deutsche Börse). Implenia is also working at the Zollhafen site in Mainz again. BWL Wohnungsbaugesellschaft and Volksbank Darmstadt have contracted the Group to build the “Rheinwiesen living” project, consisting of five residential buildings with an unobstructed view of the River Rhine. In addition, Implenia has been commissioned to construct a residential complex for the elderly in Magdeburg, and to build an exhibition and sales building for the Stark Group in Nuremberg.
