38.0% of LEG shareholders choose scrip dividend

As in the years 2021, 2022 and 2024 LEG Immobilien SE again offered its shareholders a scrip dividend this year. During the subscription period from 30 May 2025 to 16 June 2025, the shareholders were able to choose between the distribution of their dividend in cash or in the form of new shares.

In total, investors holding approximately 38.0% of the shares carrying dividend rights have decided to receive their dividend in the form of new shares. Therefore, approximately EUR 76.4 million will remain within the company.

Based on the acceptance rate, 1,101,135 new shares will be issued, increasing the total number of LEG shares by approximately 1.5% to 75,570,800 shares.

The new shares are expected to be included in the listing of LEG’s existing shares on the regulated market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 3 July 2025.
