Nomination committee appointed at MAG Interactive for the Annual General Meeting 2027.

Stockholm, Sweden - 25 June, 2026 - As per April 30th the largest shareholders in MAG Interactive AB (publ) were CEO Daniel Hasselberg (through NMO Invest AB) and the following four parties were Kaj Nygren (through Playful Days AB), Nordnet Pensionsförsäkring AB, Försäkringsaktiebolaget Avanza Pension and Swedbank Robur Fonder AB.

The Annual General Meeting 2027 will be held on the 20 January 2027 in Stockholm.

The deadline for submitting proposals to the nomination committee is October 1, 2026.
