Mandatory notification of trade

Rugz AS has today transferred 173,913 shares in Techstep ASA (the "Company") to Karbon Invest AS.

Rugz AS and Karbon Invest AS are close associates of Jens Rugseth, a board member and primary insider in the Company. The transfer to Karbon Invest AS is made to consolidate Mr. Rugseth's share ownership in the Company and does not entail a realization of the value of the shares or any change in Mr. Rugseth's indirect ownership in the Company.
