Spotlight Stock Market (”Spotlight”) meddelar idag den 4 november 2026 att My Beat AB (”Bolaget” eller ”My Beat”) har godkänts för fortsatt notering på Spotlight.
Spotlight meddelade den 1 september 2026 att Bolaget ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning för att säkerställa att Bolaget uppfyller samtliga noteringskrav i samband med Bolagets förvärv av Oyatel AS. Spotlight meddelade vidare den 1 oktober 2026 om ett planerat handelsstopp i Bolagets aktie från och med den 2 oktober 2026 kl. 09:45 i samband med Bolagets extra stämma.
Med anledning av att Bolaget har godkänts för fortsatt notering kommer handeln i Bolagets aktie att återupptas imorgon den 5 november 2026 med öppningsauktion kl. 08:45 och kontinuerlig handel från kl. 09:00.
Bolagets aktie har sedan den 5 juli 2023 handlats på Spotlights observationslista. Med anledning av att Bolaget har godkänts för fortsatt notering har Spotlight beslutat att Bolagets aktie ska återföras till Spotlights ordinarie lista från och med idag den 4 november 2026.

Genom förvärvet av Oyatel expanderar Bolaget till den norska marknaden och breddar sitt erbjudande inom företagskommunikation. Spotlight Stock Market (“Spotlight”) announces today, November 4, 2026, that My Beat AB (the “Company” or “My Beat”) has been approved for continued listing on Spotlight.
On September 1, 2026, Spotlight announced that the Company would undergo a new listing review to ensure that the Company fulfills all the listing requirements in connection with the Company’s acquisition of Oyatel AS. Spotlight further announced on October 1, 2026, a planned trading halt in the Company’s shares effective from October 2, 2026, at 09:45 CET in connection with the Company’s extraordinary general meeting.
As the Company has now been approved for continued listing, the trading in the Company’s shares will resume tomorrow November 5, 2026, with opening auction at 08:45 and continuous trading from 09:00.
The Company’s shares have been traded on Spotlight’s observation list since July 5, 2023. As the Company has been approved for continued listings, Spotlight has decided that the Company’s shares will be transferred to Spotlight’s ordinary list effective today November 5, 2026.
My Beat operates as a Swedish mobile operator with services in mobile telephony and mobile broadband for private and corporate customers.
