Done.ai Group AB signs agreement to acquire Nordic digital agency We Assist to expand SME offering across CRM, websites, and marketing

Done.ai Group AB (“Done.ai”) today signed an agreement to acquire We Assist, a high-growth digital agency and CRM expert with operations in Norway (We Assist AS) and Denmark (We Assist ApS), specializing in website and e-commerce development, performance marketing and international scaling.

This acquisition marks another important step in Done.ai’s journey to become the go-to one-stop shop for businesses, combining smart technology and hands-on services across the full business lifecycle. By integrating We Assist’s expertise in CRM, website development, and marketing automation, Done.ai further strengthens its ability to offer businesses everything they need, from digital visibility to operational tools, in a single, unified platform. With We Assist onboard, Done.ai significantly expands its presence in digital marketing and CRM, two critical pillars for SME success across the Nordics.

Transaction Details

Done.ai Group AB has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in We Assist AS for a total consideration of NOK 15.8 million, where NOK 5.3 million in cash to be paid at closing and a NOK 10.5 million Seller Credit which can be settled in either cash or shares by 31 August 2025.

We Assist AS owns 100% of the shares in its Danish subsidiary, We Assist ApS, meaning the transaction includes full ownership of both the Norwegian and Danish operations.

The transaction is subject to customary conditions including final board approval and successful completion of financial and operational due diligence.

Financial Performance and Outlook

We Assist generated revenues of approximately NOK 10 million in FY2024, with an EBITDA of approximately NOK 1 million, representing a solid and scalable business model supported by recurring customers and digital delivery capacity. With established operations in both Norway and Denmark, the company is well positioned for continued regional expansion.

Under Done.ai’s ownership, We Assist is expected to accelerate its growth, benefiting from the Group’s broader infrastructure, customer base, and technology platform. The transaction supports Done.ai’s ambition to build a fully integrated digital operating system for small businesses across the Nordics.
