Stockholm – 2025-10-16 – White Pearl Technology Group AB (WPTG), a leading digital transformation and IT services company listed on Nasdaq Stockholm First North, today announced that ItsMine Africa, WPTG’s cybersecurity distribution platform, has signed a strategic partnership with Digital Generation (DG), one of South Africa’s leading ICT solutions providers. The agreement strengthens WPTG’s go-to-market for ITsMine Ltd.’s proactive ransomware prevention and data-protection technology across South Africa’s large-enterprise segment and follows WPTG’s master distribution agreement with ITsMine recently announced. Under this partnership, WPTG expects approximately SEK 3.3 million of revenue in year one from DG, growing to around SEK 27 million over five years.
Key Points:
This collaboration pairs ITsMine’s agentless, behaviour-driven ransomware prevention with DG’s enterprise integration depth, compliance expertise and national support footprint—closing execution gaps that have hampered traditional, tool-sprawl security stacks.
WPTG will coordinate partner enablement, certifications and tiered support for enterprise deployments. DG will lead solution design, roll-out and ongoing managed services, with an initial focus on financial services, mining and resources, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Strategic Rationale
“We’ve secured world-class ransomware prevention with ITsMine; now we’re putting it in the hands of a partner that can land and scale it inside South Africa’s biggest enterprises,” said Johan Cloete, Head of Private Sector Business (Africa) at WPTG. “DG’s track record with complex roll-outs, tight SLAs and compliance-heavy environments gives CIO’s a straight line from pilot to production, exactly what this market needs.”
“This partnership marks a significant milestone in our commitment to safeguarding South Africa’s large enterprises from ransomware threats,” said Gary Pickford, Sales Director at Digital Generation. “By partnering with ItsMine Africa, DG strengthens its cybersecurity ecosystem, delivering innovative, proactive ransomware prevention that aligns perfectly with our clients’ demanding security and compliance requirements.”
