Sweden's Catena Issues SEK 3.3 Billion in Green Bonds

11:51 AM EDT, 04/28/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Catena (CATE.ST) issued four series of senior unsecured green bonds totaling 3.25 billion kronor, according to a Tuesday release.
The issuance comprises a two-year 750 million-krona bond carrying a floating interest rate of three-month Stockholm Interbank Offered Rate plus 0.75%, and a floating and a fixed three-year bond worth 500 million kronor and 1 billion kronor, respectively, with an interest rate of STIBOR plus 0.93% and mid swap plus 0.93%. Another floating five-year bond worth 1 billion kronor carries an interest rate of three-month STIBOR plus 1.23%.
The Swedish real estate company earmarked proceeds from the issuance to partially repay outstanding bonds maturing in July and pay back a bridge financing.
