Analysts polled by FactSet expected $1.09.

Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $311.7 million, up from $275 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $306.7 million.

The company said it expects fiscal 2027 revenue of $1.30 billion to $1.31 billion. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $1.31 billion.

Shares of Commvault Systems were up more than 5% in recent Tuesday premarket activity.
