Kelso Group Unveils Investment in Radio Frequency Systems Maker Filtronic

04:44 AM EDT, 04/27/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kelso Group (KLSO.L) said Monday it invested in British radio frequency systems manufacturer Filtronic (FTC.L), with its holding generating an unrealized gain of 60% following the significant appreciation of the latter's share price.
The investment company built the stake through its purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares in Filtronic at an average price of 1.85 pounds apiece between December 2025 and February 2026.
Kelso's position in Filtronic now accounts for 10% of the former's gross investments, the level at which it announces its holdings.
