Renew Holdings Logs Lower Fiscal H1 Profit; Revenue Grows

02:55 AM EDT, 05/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Renew Holdings (RNWH.L) said Tuesday its profit for the fiscal first half fell, while revenue increased year over year.
Profit attributable to equity holders of the parent company for the six months ended March 31 was 18.1 million pounds sterling, compared with 24.6 million pounds earlier. EPS moved to 0.2279 pound from 0.3107 pound.
The British engineering services group's revenue was 589 million pounds sterling, compared with 569.3 million pounds earlier.
Meanwhile, the board declared an interim dividend of 0.07 pound per share, compared with 0.0667 pound per share in the year-ago period, payable July 8 to shareholders on record June 5.
