F-Secure Disclosure Policy updated

F-Secure Corporation’s Board of Directors has approved the company’s updated disclosure policy, which describes the principles and procedures applicable to the external communication of F-Secure to the capital markets. The main update of the Disclosure policy is related to clarification of principles and ways of procedure F-Secure applies to disclosure of, for example, exceptionally large customer contracts. In addition, the updates include some technical updates and clarifications.

The updated policy does not include major changes to principles according to which F-Secure currently operates.

The updated disclosure policy will enter into force immediately and is attached to this release and is also available on F-Secure’s investors website at https://investors.f-secure.com/en/
