Puuilo continues its growth and will open a new store in Kangasala’s Lentola district in autumn 2026. The store will be located on Mäkirinteentie, in the premises of the current Pirkan Kirpputorikeskus, next to Tokmanni. The new store will employ approximately 15 people, and recruitment will begin in spring 2026.

According to Puuilo’s CEO Juha Saarela, the company has been looking for a suitable location in Kangasala for a long time: “Kangasala, as a developing area, is an excellent addition to our growing store network. We are very pleased to have found a location that perfectly suits our needs in such a prime location.”

Puuilo’s growth continues in line with its strategy. During the current financial year, Puuilo has opened stores in Varkaus, Savonlinna, Lohja, Mäntsälä, Jyväskylä’s Keljo district, and Iisalmi. In addition, the company will open a store in Heinola in January 2026. Puuilo has also announced plans to open stores in Hollola, Espoonlahti in Espoo, and Holma in Lahti during 2026, as well as in Ylivieska in 2027.
