Remedy Entertainment Plc: Share subscriptions based on stock options 2019

Between April 1 and May 31, 2025, a total of 53,300 Remedy Entertainment Plc’s new shares has been subscribed for with the company's stock options 2019. Of these shares, 25,800 are related to the offer made to the company’s key personnel, announced on May 2, 2025, regarding the purchase of 2019 stock option rights. Based on the offer, the company purchased a total of 103,199 stock option rights on May 8, 2025, and the sellers of the option rights subscribed for new shares with their remaining 2019 option rights in accordance with the terms of the offer.

For subscriptions made with the stock options 2019, the entire subscription price of EUR 491,959.00 will be entered in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity. After the trade registration the total count of shares is 13,640,451.

The shares subscribed for under the stock options 2019 will be registered in the Trade Register approximately on June 13, 2025, as of which date the new shares will establish shareholder rights. The shares will be traded on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki Ltd together with the old shares approximately as of June 16, 2025.

The subscription period for shares with stock options 2019 began on 1 June 2022 and ended on 31 May 2025.
