Nscale Limited ("Nscale"), Aker ASA’s second largest portfolio holding, has today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its ordinary shares.

A copy of the registration statement may be obtained on the SEC’s website. The registration statement has been filed with the SEC but has not yet become effective.
