Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement by Andfjord Salmon Group AS (the " Company ") on 28 May 2025, reporting an equity injection of NOK 400 million through issuance of 10,869,565 new shares.
The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the new shares has today been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The Company's new share capital is NOK 95,643,028 divided on 95,643,028 shares, each with a par value of NOK 1.
