TORONTO , June 13, 2025 /CNW/ - Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (TSX: AND) ("AHG" or the "Company") today announced the Company's second quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from April 1, 2025 to June 30, 2025 ) in the amount of $0.12 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on July 15, 2025 to shareholders of record as at June 30, 2025 .
