Beijer Ref issues bonds totaling SEK 2.5 billion under MTN program
Beijer Ref AB has successfully issued four bonds totaling SEK 2.5 billion under the company’s established MTN program. The issue comprises two bonds with a two-year maturity and two bonds with a four-year maturity, with each maturity consisting of one fixed-rate bond and one floating-rate bond.
The bonds will be listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.
“The issue attracted strong demand from institutional investors, which reflects confidence in our business model, financial position and long-term strategy” says Joel Davidsson, CFO at Beijer Ref.
The MTN program was established on 11 September 2025 with the aim of further broadening the company's sources of funding. Handelsbanken and Nordea acted as advisors in connection with the issue.
