Hamilton, Bermuda, July 15, 2026 – Borr Drilling Limited (NYSE and OSE: BORR) (the “Company”) plans to release its financial results for the second quarter of 2026 (April 1 to June 30) after the close of trading on NYSE on Tuesday, August 11, 2026.

A conference call and webcast are scheduled for 09:00 New York time (15:00 CEST) on Wednesday, August 12, 2026.
