Catena is expanding property for Boozt and extending the lease
In connection with an extension of a logistics facility in Ängelholm, the e-commerce company Boozt has also extended its lease with Catena by five years. The lease agreement is now valid until 2037.

A 5,850 square metre extension is planned at Catena's property Norra Varalöv 31:11 in E-city Engelholm, where Boozt Fulfilment & Logistics is already a tenant in an 82,000 square metre facility. The extension, which will be certified according to NollCO2, enables continued growth for Boozt. The company has gradually expanded its areas over the years at the site. Boozt chose to extend their existing lease by five years in connection with this project - meaning their lease now runs until 2037.
"Together with Boozt, we have developed this area, which is in an unbeatable logistics location close to the E6 motorway with the E4 motorway within a few kilometres distance. The extension is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. In connection with the project, the property Norra Varalöv 31:5 will be transferred into the property Norra Varalöv 31:11, on which Boozt’s existing premises are located.
