Magnus Welander, CEO and President of Thule Group, has today completed a restructuring in his ownership of his shares in Thule Group AB (publ).

Following the restructuring, Magnus Welander owns all his shares in Thule Group through the Swedish company LeMore Invest AB. No change has been made in the number of shares held in the company.
