Today, DonkeyRepublic Holding A/S announces the successful completion of the share capital increase in relation to the private placement as disclosed in Company Announcement No. 19 - 2025.
The gross proceeds in the private placement amounts to DKK 8.3M.
Following registration of the share capital increase with the Danish Business Authority the Company’s share capital is nominally DKK 2,801,019.50 divided into 28,010,195 shares of nominally DKK 0.10 each.
Each share carries one vote.
The new shares issued in connection with the private placement have been sought to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Denmark as soon as practically possible in the permanent ISIN DK0061540770.
