FOM Technologies publishes financial guidance for the financial year 2026.

Geopolitical conditions have not improved since the end of 2025, which continues to directly impact the company’s revenue opportunities. These remain challenged, and the commercial potential in the key US market remains uncertain, partly due to concerns regarding tariffs. Given the current market situation, the company considers the following guidance to be realistic for the current financial year.

FINANCIAL GUIDANCE FOR 2026:

Total income:      Range from DKK 40 mio. to DKK 50 mio.
EBITDA:              Range from DKK -20 mio. to DKK -10 mio.    

In continuation of already initiated initiatives and strategy from 2025, the company continues its:

• Focus on building commercial sales and distribution in geographical areas outside the USA.
• Focus on further cost optimization and streamlining of the organization

The company'a annual report for 2025, will be published on Thursday the 26th of March 2026 after the market close.
