The share repurchases are part of Framery Group Plc’s share repurchase programme announced on 8 September 2026. The repurchase programme is carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 on market abuse and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052. The programme that commenced on 15 September 2026 is based on an authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2026.
