Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark Complete Share Sales in Accordance with Prior Option Agreements
In line with previously agreed option arrangements, Ari Liukko and Steffan Sondermark, founders and principal shareholders of GreenMerc, have today completed minor share sales in the company.
Ari Liukko has sold 125,000 shares to Peter Martin, and Steffan Sondermark has sold 125,000 shares to Gina Pari. Both Peter Martin and Gina Pari have been engaged with GreenMerc for some time and currently serve on the Company’s Advisory Board.
