As part of I.A. Hedin Bil's upcoming expansion in Europe, the parent company is now changing name to Hedin Mobility Group. The new name reflects the group’s different business areas, and the goal of developing the future of vehicle ownership.
I.A. Hedin Bil is one of Europe's largest privately owned car dealers with over 30 brands in its portfolio. In October this year, the Hedin group was restructured, and all vehicle-related operations were transferred to I.A. Hedin Bil Aktiebolag (publ). The restructuring has contributed to expansion of the groups business areas and consequently the grounds for focusing on the future ownership of vehicles has been enhanced.
"At the moment, we are in a strong expansion phase both in Sweden and Europe, together with the fact that we have gathered all our vehicle-related operations in the group makes the name change a natural next step in our growth", says Anders Hedin, CEO and main owner in Hedin Mobility Group AB.
The car dealerships will operate under the same name as before.
